Here's some pieces of terrain I've made for Necromunda. All the terrain boards are 300mm * 300mm plywood pieces that fit together nicely. Each piece is varnished, and we've played so much Necromunda over these that I can guarantee they're fit for gaming. Click on the pictures for bigger images.
Because of the lighting (I guess), the green looks different in every photo... The river surfaces are identical in real life, and the central picture is closest to the real thing. Here's an additional view of the end piece:
